After being with lg&e for 13 years, and always being on time with my payments. (The reason for being late is that they raised my bill and changed my due date without any type of notice.) All I asked for was three days, so that my children would be able to eat that week.
I was told that I should of thought about that before I got behind.
Even though they are the ones that changed the billing date by 20 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told one would call me back, three days later I am still waiting.
