The guy that came to my house gave me a dirty look and i told him that i was paying right now...keep in mind that i wasnt trying to interfere with his job...but he shook his head and rolled his eyes...he knows nothing about my situation and had no right to be so disrespectful...i truly hope this is not normal for your staff out in the field..

I called to make a payment and to keep from getting cut off they said to pay 118.88 and i would be good until next bill so i paid it five days later it gets cut off i call to see why they stated i should have called back after i paid and now i have to pay the whole thing so i said since u cut me off can i have my money back they wouldnt give my money back n they shut me off so wat was the point of me even paying the 118.88 they claimed would keep me on

LG&E dug 2 holes on Smyrna Parkway I did an extremely poor job of repairing the whole day. The whole day. Going north just passed the car wash is convex and not smooth at all. The hole the dog going south on Smyrna ParkWay across from the car wash is concave and not smooth. This road was recently repaved and they did a pathetic job of repairing the holes
